Boundless Stories are an ever-expanding source of interactive tales where you, the reader, can choose your own path through the narrative. Similar to "Choose Your Own Adventure" books, the Boundless Stories allow you to create your own characters, build up their skills, and take part in the adventures in an exciting new way.
You can also write your own adventures. Boundless Studios has set up a program where authors can create a multi-path story, upload it, and sell it on the Boundless Store for others to play. Try building your own adventure now.

How to enjoy a Boundless Story:
- You create a character, giving them various traits and skills. A skill of 1 means you've tried it before but aren't good at it, 10 is competent, while 20 is pretty darn amazing.
- Choose a story. The game drops your character right into the story, ready to take part in a grand adventure.
- The story branches often and at each branch you have a choice of what to do. A branch could be as simple as taking either the left or right fork of a road or as difficult as choosing whether to call 911 or try to perform CPR yourself. Each choice made affects the story from that point on.
- Your character's abilities will play a part of the story. Do you have the skill to pick a locked door? Or will you have to rely on your skill at breaking things to get through?
- Your choices and skills will affect the story as you continue, and as your character gains experience you will collect more points used for increasing skills and traits.
- You can stop playing at any time, and when you restart the game it will return you to the place you left it at.
- Some stories will be mostly narrative, where you only steer the direction of the plot. Other stories could be more skill-based, like a role-playing game. Most will be somewhere in-between. You'll be able to find just the right combination from our selection of titles.
You turn the corner and continue running down the street, but exhaustion and the ever-nearing sound of the creature suggest that you'll never make it to the research lab. Looking around, you see the marquee lights of the movie theater proudly proclaiming the sixth week run of "The Blob" (with select shorts). No other stores appear to be open so you dash inside the lobby just as a car, crushed by the irradiated giant potato, is thrown across the intersection.
The smell of popcorn permeates the air as you desperately search for safety. Before you can formulate a plan of action you hear the crash of glass and splintering of doors as The Tuber of Terror sends it's evil runners after you. In a panic you see only two options: the manager's office, which is locked, or the snack bar.
What do you do?
Try to pick the lock
Try to break down the door
Throw popcorn at the monster
